Welcome to Garden Cottage!

Situated on a working farm in beautiful rural location 7 miles from Turriff, Garden Cottage is a newly built, tastefully decorated and very well equipped residence sited amongst mature chestnut and beech trees overlooking a large pond.
The cottage has a private entrance and parking area and its own sheltered garden with a large lawn for children and dogs to play. You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or barbeque on the patio which is in full sun for most of the day.

On the farm there are cows and calves grazing on the rolling green fields and the opportunity to walk through several acres of woods to spot deer, foxes and other wildlife.
The centrally heated cottage has a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a wood burning stove (logs are supplied), TV, video/DVD player and music centre.

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room (a fold up bed and cot also available). Bathroom with shower over bath. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and clothes drier plus outdoor drying facility and ample space for boots, fishing, sports equipment in the front porch.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric cooker and a good selection of cooking utensils etc. Essential kitchen and cleaning items are provided and there will be milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and basic items in the pantry.

Extra shopping can be requested prior to arrival at additional cost. Linen, towels and electricity are included in the price.

Garden Cottage is well situated for visiting coastal fishing villages and beaches; the Castle and Whisky Trails are within easy reach and there are several excellent golf courses also fishing and shooting locations nearby. The nearby towns of Turriff and Banff have excellent restaurants.
